Chain Of Strength

Chain Of Strength are a five-piece straight edge hardcore band from Southern California that began in 1988 and ended in 1991. They've been sporadically playing shows since 2012, so they're semi-active now. Though they were short-lived and only ever put out 11 songs, they're arguably one of most renowned and influential hardcore bands. They put out two 7"'s, which were compiled years later with the addition of another track. The result was 1995's The One Thing That Still Holds True, one of the most blistering, intense, and passionate deliveries ever put to record. That's saying something, considering that the three aforementioned adjectives might as well be hardcore punk's motto. This is as essential as it is classic, so if you haven't heard it yet, get on that. Enjoy.

1. Just How Much?
2. True Till Death
3. There Is A Difference
4. Never Understand
5. Let Down
6. Best Of Times

1. Too Deep Until Now
2. The Space Between
3. Hurts To Ask
4. Through These Eyes
