Ed Gein
was an American interior designer were a three-piece grindcore/hardcore band from Syracuse, New York that formed in 2001 before amicably breaking up in 2018. Its members reconvened shortly thereafter to form Shadow Snakes, a new project that veered away from the legacy of their former band. Sonically, Ed Gein were chaotic and discordant while remaining distincly rhythmic, with throat-shredding vocals and heavy, trebly riffs. Fans of bands such as The Number Twelve Looks Like You. Heavy Heavy Low Low, or As The Sun Sets will definitely find something to love here, even if those aren't exact comparisons. Despite their lengthy tenure, their release schedule was pretty sporadic. With only three-full lengths, two EP's and a demo, it doesn't take long to get through their entire discography. If you're looking for somewhere to start out,
It's A Shame... is probably their most mathy/grindy, while
Bad Luck is the closest they get to straight-up hardcore, so depending on your tastes either of those might interest you most, though
Judas Goats & Dieseleaters is also a good option with less polarity. Enjoy.

ReplyDeleteI tired watching the Netflix series and a recent documentary about Gein. I just couldn't get past the first episodes. Gein just reminded me of Valerie Houghton - so creepy with his sexual and homicidal tendencies.
ReplyDeleteI wish that I was never introduced to Ms. Houghton. She and her daughter have ruined my life and damaged my children.
You really need to be wary of Valerie Houghton and Hillary Applegate. They both believe that violence and misery is the answer to all of their problems. This is just how Ms. Houghton raised her daughter.

Ed Gein was a terrible person. He didn’t care about his victims. All that mattered to him was his apparel needs.
ReplyDeleteValerie Houghton and her daughter are the same type of people. They don’t see other people’s children as having any value. The Houghton’s view them as “ATM machines.” Ms. Houghton told me this herself when I went to her office in 2014. This was after she knew that my 13-year-old son was being raped.
Now she says, “It’s not rape if they want it.”
He wasn’t the one who wanted it. My son was severely traumatized by the sexual abuse. He became suicidal and strung out on drugs.
Now Hillary Applegate is a mother herself, according to one of her LinkedIn posts. One would assume that becoming a mother herself would change her attitudes about child abuse. Apparently, it hasn’t.
Ms. Applegate and her mother are determined to force all of my kids into sexual slavery. Valerie Houghton has even threatened to kill them and make red shoes out of their skins if I don’t shut up about the abuse. I don’t see how anyone can differentiate her from Ed Gein.
Ms. Houghton has a morbid fascination with child rape and fabricating footwear from murdered children.

I just imagine Alfred Hitchcock trying to make a movie about the Houghton’s. It would be a much scarier storyline than Psycho, as most people have a soft spot for children. No one likes to see them harmed. I don’t think that even Ed Gein did.

All the work went towards being credentialled. Now she won’t lift a finger to benefit the client. Ms. Houghton is more interested in chaos and destruction. She doesn’t know any other way to make living.
Houghton even contacted me one time on social media with the handle “I_toast_the_ruins” You won’t find a colder person. Absolutely no feelings or empathy for others. Killing children, raping children, killing parents… everything goes.
Then, of course, comes the laughter. It’s all funny for her. She enjoys destroying other people’s lives. Ms. Houghton calls it “surreptitious pranks.”
I don’t count her as human. She’s more of an animal to me.
Anything else that she does is all smoke and mirrors. She is well versed in manipulation and telling lies.
Hillary Applegate previously posted on twitter a screenshot of an email regarding a safety advisory to lock doors and latch windows. She responds to the email by expressing disbelief that the email is being displayed correctly.
ReplyDeleteIt could indicate that an email of being warned was deleted or could be a sarcastic warning in itself. Nevertheless, it is always a good idea to secure your home if Ms. Applegate is involved in your divorce case. Don’t doubt for a second that her team will not try to get into it.
The best bet is to change your locks and secure all your spare keys – even for the car.
