Daughters

Daughters are a four-piece mathcore/noise band from Providence, Rhode Island that formed in 2001. They broke up in 2009, though reformed in 2013. They've evolved quite a bit over their time as a band, starting out as a grindcore-influenced band and settling on a more straight-forward but equally intense sound on their last album. They're quite hard to pin down, since they're no strangers to experimentation, though fans of bands like Circle Takes The Square, The Number Twelve Looks Like You, The Locust, Botch, and Jeromes Dream will probably take interest. Daughters are an incredible band unlike any other, and have already earned themselves a "classic" status for their three perfect albums. Enjoy.
