Citizen

Citizen are a five-piece pop punk/post-hardcore band from Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio, though are currently based in Toledo, Ohio. They've been around since 2009. They began as an easycore in the vein of Four Year Strong or something like that, but quickly evolved to sound quite similar to bands such as Balance And Composure and Title Fight, though their debut LP (soon to be released) demonstrates strong influences from Brand New and Thrice as well. They've got a great blend of melody and force, and are super tight as a band. Currently, they're on Run For Cover Records. And yeah, awesome band, check them out.
